This outfit is nothing terribly exciting, but I think it shows how an otherwise boring outfit can really be dressed up with a few accessories here and there.
It is simply a plain black top paired with tan/beige shorts accessorised with a summery scarf (yes, I do believe there is such thing as a summery scarf!) and a brown bag (pictured below).
I chuck on whatever jewellery I feel like on the day and because this look is so versatile, anything goes really!

Thanks :) A little boutique in a country town. The brand is called 'Ajoy' and I actually found their website which was surprising considering it is one of those clothing pieces that doesn't really belong to any recognisable brands. Anyhow, this is their site if you want to have a look around. I don't know if you'd be able to find the shorts :(

Thanks - I can certainly do a hair routine post but if I'm really honest with you I hardly have a hair routine, just shampoo and conditioner and then one product (which I blogged about here: http://candiceyoureview.blogspot.com.au/2012/12/salon-confidential-r04-repair-ends.html). I don't use a straightener (my hair is dead straight) so I'm really boring with my hair!
