I saw this TAG on Cherie's blog and whilst I was reading it decided I had to do it too. I worked out well then, when I saw that she had tagged me! Thank you Cherie!
Basically it is a collection of your most worn things for the summer (which I am terribly sad has come to an end).
1. Nail polish
Though I don't wear nail polish a whole lot, I think my most worn nail polish for this summer was any of my favourite reds, like my polishes from Essence, Innoxa or Ulta.
2. Hair Product
Though I am painfully lazy when it comes to my hair (and unfortunately I am finally starting to see the results) I do use at least one product on my hair - the Salon Confidential Repair Ends Mender, which prevents and heals split ends.
3. Bag
This was so easy as I use the same bag all the time, just my regular, boring, brown 'satchel' style bag with buckles. I also loved my $15 purse, the greatest buy I have had in a long time!
4. Shoes Though they look a little wintery, my most worn shoes would have to be my black flats from Rubi shoes, with the little bows on them. I wore them so much that the soles fell off but I had a backup anyway! 5. Clothing item
This is a tricky one, but I guess it would have to go to denim shorts in general, which I wore to death!
6. Accessory I don't wear a lot of jewellery - not because I don't want to but because by the time I have figured out my clothes and makeup I just forget to put on jewellery! I do, however, always remember to put on my favourite ring.
7. Foundation In summer I like BB creams and tinted moisturisers more than foundations. Subsequently, my most used foundation was the Garnier BB cream. I don't love it (I find it really quite greasy) but it does the job.
8. Bronzer/Blush
I used blush more than I did bronzer (strangely) and I continually turned to my Bourjois Blush in Rose Frisson.
9. Lip product
As lip products are my absolute favourite, I use so many. It was really tough to pick my most used lip product but in the end I realised that my most travelled was my Nivea Fruity Lip Balm in Guava. Gorgeous!
10. Mascara Unlike my most used lip product, this was a no brainer - my Covergirl Lashblast Length Mascara in waterproof was my one and only choice. Occasionally I would change it up with my Avon daring curves one, but because it was not waterproof it didn't tick all the boxes for me.
Lately my skin has been painfully dry, I'm talking peeling off and flaking kind of dry. I tried to convince myself that I was just like a snake, and that shedding my skin was a natural and healthy process, but I was unsuccessful at fooling myself - it's just disgusting and something needs to be done about it immediately!
I have no idea as to what might be the cause of this sudden dryness, especially because it is skin all over my body, not just my face or hands. Anyhow, back to the point of this post, such dry skin has meant that I have really been getting into my moisturisers. These are the ones I apply day and night:
The Body Shop Strawberry body butter - I use this on my feet and elbows because that is the driest part of my body and this is the hardcore stuff (being a 'body butter and all). I love this product, the scent especially, but it is perfect for such dry skin.
Garnier Body Intensive 7 days hydrating lotion - I use this on my arms and legs, and I love this stuff. It has a refreshing smell, soaks right into the skin leaving it moisturised and soft but not greasy, and is cheap (I'm talking $5 cheap!)
Clean and Clear essentials moisturiser - I am a huge fan of this moisturiser because it suits my skin very well. It is non greasy but is packed full of moisture, which is important because my face can never decide whether it wants to be oily, dry, or a combination of the two.
Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream - I use this moisturiser on the dry parts of my face that really need that extra boost. I find that this is quite a greasy moisturiser and that it doesn't soak in all that well, which is why I only use it on the driest areas.
So this is what I use morning and night in my somewhat elaborate routine. I think that it is quite crazy that I use five different moisturisers, but I think most beauty fanatics would understand where I am coming from when I say that they all have different properties suitable for different needs!
Monthly favourites for November are here, and if I do say so myself, the pictures for this month are pretty cool. I was feeling creative (a very rare occurrence) at 7pm, the sun was still out and I figured I may as well do something somewhat productive!
Anyway, my favourites for this month are as follows:
Face - This month I used my Garnier BB cream every single day without fail. Despite having complained about the greasy feeling this product gave me, I have since learnt about how to deal with it (by slapping on a heap of Maybelline Dream Matte Powder). I haven't needed super high coverage, but I've still wanted something to hide my redness and uneven tones, and this has been just right.
Lips - It is not much of a surprise that my new Rimmel Lipstick in number 16 was my favourite for November, because as soon as I saw the shade I knew it was 100% me. It is slightly brighter than I would usually go for, but now that I am on holidays I have been cracking out the brights, and goodness it has been enjoyable!
Nails - Whilst I don't actually like the formulation of the Face of Australia Pastel polish in 'Would you like some orange sherbet?' (and I still can't decide whether I like the shade on me or not), this is the only nail related product I used this month so I haven't any other choice but to put this in here!
Other - Lastly is my 'other' category, and this is, hands down, my Daisy Eau So Fresh perfume by Marc Jacobs. The bottle is unbelievably gorgeous and the smell is so beautifully summery and girly...How could you not love it?!

If you answered Daisy Eau So Fresh by Marc Jacobs, you would be correct.
I was so incredibly lucky to get this from Mum and Dad for Christmas this year. I have been obsessively drooling over this perfume for SO.DAMN.LONG it is quite unbelievable. You see, it's as if I have some kind of fear of spending large amounts of money in one shot. Spending fifty dollars in one blast? Scary as hell. So of course, this little beauty really isn't all that cheap, and that is what has put me off getting it for so long. Don't laugh, it's not funny! Haha.
I am so pleased with this present, it is ridiculous. I can spend half and hour literally standing there admiring the bottle. As for the fragrance, gosh, it is better than I remember when raiding Myers for all their testers. So damn good.
Not only did I receive this 75mL bottle, but it came as pack. In that pack, was a teen tiny 4mL bottle (travel sized) and a body lotion with the fragrance in it. Oh my, how amazing.
I'm going to attempt to describe the fragrance. It's like a grown up version of a fruity, flower, sugar hit. It is super sweet and beautiful . It's fun and exciting but still sophisticated. It is so bubbly, feminine and gorgeous. It kind of smells like a soap (in a way that I really love) and it doesn't have a huge amount of 'oomph' that makes people go "Oh my God, what scent are you wearing!" but it is just beautiful and pleasant. It is definitely my scent. Okay, a little more fruity perhaps, and then it would be my scent.
Okay, after I massacred that, I'm going to give you their description of Daisy Eau So Fresh. I'm sure you shall appreciate a much more technical, accurate, understandable description!
On the Daisy Eau So Fresh website it says: "Vibrant, charming, whimsical, Daisy Eau So Fresh is the spirited new version of the original Daisy. It transports you to a place that is happy and sunny." Transports you it does! "Daisy Eau So Fresh is a bright, floral, fruity fragrance. It radiates with a sunny and sparkling energy. A whimsical yet elegant fragrance with playful notes of crisp raspberry, sensuous wild rose, and deep warm plum." Yum.
Now for the bottle - isn't is so feminine and romantic? The rubber flowers cover the top, in the colours pink, white and one yellow one. I like the shape of the glass bottle much more than the original Daisy. It is more elegant and classy.
Even though it is an Eau de Toilette, I feel as though it lasts all day with no trouble. It really has 'stages' of the fragrance that it moves through after time. The first few minutes aren't that great. After that, it is super fresh and sweet, with the fruity side of it being the most prominent. After a few hours, the floral bits really kick in and become more noticeable. At the very end, it smells more woody and musk smelling (my least favourite stage of the fragrance).
The bad bit? The price. It is quite expensive which, as mentioned before, was really off putting.
Now onto the body lotion. It comes in a pale pink, 75ml plastic tube (the same size as the large fragrance bottle) with little daisies splattered on it. I use it as a hand cream because I haven't any others, and I think my hands deserve a little pampering! It would also get used up much to quickly if I used it on my body. It would be a waste to put such a gorgeous fragrance onto my legs!
It is a light, colourless lotion that isn't greasy and is reasonably moisturising. The fragrance isn't nearly as strong as the perfume (of course!) so it is a good alternative when you still want to smell gorgeous, but you don't want it to be too strong. When I first tried it I thought the fragrance was the perfect match in terms of how it smells in comparison to the perfume, but now I feel as though it smeels a little bit different.
The little travel size bottle is oh so cute, with a little pink flower sitting on the top. It doesn't have a spray in it, it is just an open top which I am not really a fan of. Because of its tiny size it is really easy to take around with you, gosh you could keep it in your pocket!
I am going to have to give this fragrance 9.5 out of 10. I want to give it ten, but a bit more fruit and a little less floral would have made it the ultimate fragrance. Other than that, I cannot complain.

I think this is my best (and longest!) review I have ever written. Not because the content is particularly good (though saying that I'm pleased with the outcome) but because of the feelgood factor whilst writing this. I am sure other bloggers will understand me when I say that writing this has made me incredibly happy. Here, lying on my bed with my laptop, Florence and the Machine (my most favourite band of all time) blasting out their newest album Ceremonials (particularly the song Heartlines, which is the most inspiring, empowering, incredible song I have ever heard), writing about something I love. I think I'm going to cry! Happiness does weird things to me...

I currently have two perfumes that I am desperate to get: Daisy Eau So Fresh by Marc Jacobs and Be Delicious by DKNY.
I have had my eye on this for what seems like hundreds of years. I mean, have you seen Daisy Eau So Fresh by Marc Jacobs? The bottle is just so beautiful with the flowers clustered around the lid. Ahhh, it's amazing. As for the smell, well, it is not as incredible as the bottle, but it is still very lovely and very much within my tastes. The only problem? It is $145 for 125mL! On the website it is described as "A reinterpretation of the original Daisy fragrance, Dasiy Eau So Fresh is a floral, fruity fragrance with key notes of raspberry, wild rose and warm plum." Ahhh...
Be Delicious is not as pretty as Daisy Eau So Fresh, but it smells even better. It is described as, "a refreshing scent in an iconic apple-shaped bottle tempts you to take a bite out of life. A sophisticated blend of apples, exotic flowers and woods creates a fresh, juicy scent that can only be called delicious," on the website. I disagree with the wood part, but hey, it doesn't really matter does it? I love it all the same! It is 3.4oz (apparently that is 96 grams!) and is in this funny looking sphere thing. It costs $75 for about 100mL so it is a bit more affordable! I don't like the style of the packaging at all, but the smell is gorgeous.
So, both of these perfumes are on my Christmas wish list, and even if I don't get them, just going for a shopping trip at Myers where I can smell a couple of testers will keep me happy!
