Today's photos are from the National Museum in Phnom Penh and the Royal Palace, both of which we visited. For someone who has no appreciation or understanding of architecture whatsoever (like myself) I was still completely mindblown by how elaborate and over the top everything was. Admittedly, it was a little difficult to get used to after having spent a week building simple brick homes for those who had none but nevertheless, I wouldn't mind being back here again!

DeleteI don't have much knowledge of architecture either, but these are so beautiful. I love the Cambodia-esque style they have to all their famous buildings.
